By creating an account or using Corpilus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Corpilus provides an AI agent platform with features including AI chat, knowledge base, DB reader, actions, training studio, workflows, and cloud connections. Service availability depends on your subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user must have their own account. Sharing accounts is prohibited. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in EUR. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data uploaded to Corpilus, including documents, knowledge base content, and training data. Corpilus does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Corpilus is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for AI-generated content accuracy. Users should verify AI responses for critical business decisions.
